離開了曾經生活的城市，好像就離開了暴政和它造成的影響。我們都以為time heals，但傷原來已入骨——在那些不斷逃跑的夢裡、看到香港的新聞後的憤怒中、想起往日而被情緒淹沒的時候。為什麼這些傷在異地也仍籠罩著我們？帶著這些傷生活，又可以如何面對？

「29原則」心理健康計劃主任Fiona會從中國人權律師的個案出發，分享中國的政治暴力和造成的創傷，並邀請旅美中國人權律師李方平律師分享他的親身經歷。此外，獲批庇護港人John將會分享在英國申請政庇期間克服社運創傷，再次投入社會參與。教會傳道Roy將分享如何在靈性上調適，走出陰霾。
